Florida is cheap and has no snow, and lots of shoreline. That outweighs almost everything else.

This is the left's line, but some analysis Ive read shows he is gaining prominance through the opposite- he picks topics that have very widespread support. I like them both a lot. I heard Chris Murphy on The Daily today and am surprised I don't hear him talked about more, too. I sort of forgot what it sounds like when a politician speaks like a smart person. (That's not a dig at Biden. To improve on its dismal ranking, TJN urged the U.S. to "reciprocally exchange information with other countries by adopting the Common Reporting Standard and become a party to amended Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters," steps that "would cut its supply of financial secrecy to the world by 40%."
