It's so crazy and I bet even state law enforcement will be legally smoking weed before fed employees. I went to a bachelor party in Denver at a "bar" with no alcohol but tons of marijuana products. I couldn't partake and felt like a teetotaler at an Irish wake.

Yes, it will happen Q3 2024. The Administration had hoped to hold yesterdays announcement until 2024, but because gas prices are about to go through the roof (again) and Democrats are going to get slaughtered in Congress this is about the only card they had to play to try and BLUNT the damage. But they only split the baby with the real change (federal decriminalization) coming after DOJ, ahem, “review” in 2024. Biden is keeping the big announcement for 2024 to try and save his job.

I live in Michigan where it's legal now. It hasn't been an issue in circles.

I also live in Michigan and haven't experienced any problems from it. I do notice the smell occasionally, but it isn't obnoxious.

Tax it! Aren't you interested in taxing pot smokers - whom you characterize as liberals - since that would mean less tax for you?

It would be nice if the federal government led the way to a more logical and humane drug policy. I support decriminalization of personal use amounts of marijuana as well as medical use. Taking those prosecutions and incarcerations off the table and re-programming that money for thinks like battling opioid addiction would make more sense than what we are doing now.
