Have you ever heard of the fog of war?
Doubtful the cops knew exactly what was happening as the situation was unfolding in real time. It's so easy to sit there behind a computer screen with 20/20 hindsight.
Keep spinning the BS. They train on this in these schools all the time. There was one guy with a gun killing 2nd and 3rd graders. Unarmed teachers were laying their bodies down to buy time. If the cops had rushed in the killer would have to try to kill the cops instead on ten children.
Back the Blue! Thin Blue Line! So Heroic!
Do we think a lawsuit will come from the victim's families?

Oh no it’s good guys with guns …what a load of BS. What a bunch of liars.

I think it's becoming clear that the SRO saw the AR-15 and quickly understood he was outgunned. So he tried to speak with the shooter before he entered the school, to dissuade him from entering. Shooter just kept running and entered the school. There's seems to have been some preliminary engagement with other early first responders within the first few minutes, but they quickly retreated and established a perimeter. By then, the gunman was already in a classroom and the police then focused on removing students from other classrooms.
Essentially, that 4th grade class was sacrificed because the police knew they were outgunned and/or didn't have the fortitude and courage to engage the shooter.
Sick, sick, sick.

Excuse me but outgunned? Look you sicko NRA.....ata a minimum have a fair damn fight. The cops can't be outgunned.....that is outrageous. Why would any one want to be law enforcement and be outgunned? What is law enforcement so pro republican NRA nonsense?
I'm not pro-NRA at all. I want the AR-15 outlawed for everyone.
But the initial responding officers were very likely outgunned by an AR-15. They knew it, recognized it, and that drove their decision to fall back and wait it out. So profoundly disturbing and cowardly.
