I've spent way too much time on both the HBO and the Netflix shows on this recently. I went into it thinking he was innocent but I'm leaving it thinking he's to blame. Too many coincidences and his lack of empathy and grief is too strange. He's also too happy to have the documentary filmmakers following his every move.
