An emoji means I like you. I may wish you happy birthday with a heart or cake. Or if you say something funny, I will laugh emoji.

If we are not friends, I will keep it to just simple dates and pick up logistics.

Honestly playdates of younger kids are always scheduled with moms. But of course some working moms think it’s someone else’s job…


Um, what? You may be right about younger kids/moms, but what is your problem in accusing "some working moms" of not completing their duties? is thjat your job to determine?

Emojis have been used in texts for a decade. Learn to evolve, grandma.

Haha, I love texting and emojis. I’m an extrovert and also a nice person. I never stop to think if other moms come across as weird or anxious. We’re all just trying to organize some playtime!
