Oh please! Plenty of us have pandemic babies that have been going to daycare and other activities with precautions. We’re not in 2020 or 2021 anymore.
But he’s not you and is not where you are.
He has no right to unilaterally force his paranoia on the family.
He’s not. OP can do as she pleases. I’m assuming he isn’t barring her from the home when she comes back fro seeing the world.
She wants to to take their kid out and have company. It’s hard to do as she pleases in this regard unless she ignored his feelings, which isn’t good for marriage. They need to compromise.
She can have company from what I understand and she was complaining about her DH not taking her, the adult mother, out.
From the OP: Am I being too lenient with wanting to take child out or having others come visit? What can I do? I have pandemic fatigue and kind of regret having a child because of him. I cant go on living like this.
Bring in an intermediary. Ask for a consultation with your pediatrician to help come up with some middle ground of exposure for your child. I wouldn’t take the status quo as acceptable for moving forward, and would tell him so.

Its a shame you are clueless about how serious covid is for some people.
Well there’s a clear example on how it is wearing on someone’s mental health.

+1 Some of you were throwing your kids to the daycare wolves regardless.
Dramatic much? Privileged much? What a clueless post.
+1. Selfish much as well. You know people like PP were the first people screaming if they had to wait in line at the grocery store or wait at the doctors office due to employees needing to stay home because their daycare closed.
Nope. Actually we don’t know that. Way to try to bolster your argument with a random assumption. Very convincing.
