Love Actually used to be one of my favorite holiday movies. Never would have thought I’d end up real-time most to the Emma Thompson story line. I’ve been divorced nearly 6 years and still can’t watch it anymore without being triggered.

The one that pops up to me is Friday Night Lights. The football player is paralyzed and overcome with grief the girlfriend and his best friend start hooking up.

Sorry. That prob seems insensitive. It also shows the hollowness of choosing an affair. It’s beautifully done. Also I absolutely love Sarah Silverman in this.

Why would you do this to yourself???
It’s awful to see affairs on TV/movie when you have been betrayed. Yeah- I really want to picture them doing and acting like that.
There are so many things I still can’t watch yet.
