i like it. My son's middle name is August and he was born in July, and i worried that was too close without being spot on. But it's never, ever come up. I don't think it matters, but of the two ways to look at it, I think being spot on makes more sense.

Reminds me of Ruth Rendell's short story of two sisters, May and June. It had a very good ending for May and June got what she deserved.

Baby is due August and I was contemplating naming her August. Dad wasn't on board so, whatevs lol

It's interesting to look at the popularity curve which is climbing steeply. The last June I knew personally would have been in her 90s if she were still alive. I guess it's the cycle of names.
