Do you chime in on baking threads with a calorie count too? Please stop assuming that NO ONE KNOWS about fat/calories. We all know.
Life is about balance. Sometimes you eat the quiche loaded with delicious things and something you eat just the eggs, scrambled. It's really ok to eat things that are loaded with calories sometimes. There is no need to chime in on every food thread with your disordered eating habits.
