What's your budget and time frame? Some of these recommendations charge by the hour with basically no minimum and others probably have a $50K minimum with a year long waitlist. (I work in the industry and know almost all of them.)

There’s a lot of space between a turquoise dining room (including the ceilings) and beige. A more normal design would be done wallpaper behind the built ins, cool fabric on dining room chairs, colorful drapes in a neat pattern. But just painting the entire room and ceiling in a bright color?
