My son was placed in ESL based on his appearance and name even though we only speak English in our house. We moved to a new ES and were much happier but this was around a decade ago, so maybe things have changed.

Surrounded by million dollar plus homes. See above for poor rating. She doesn’t need to run.
It drags down the value of the homes but if your kid is in the elementary or high school you should be ok as you've avoid this low rated elementary. However the neighborhood is worth less as the clientele of the elementary school live there
I really don’t like the wording or intent of your message. However, I personally know families who sent their children to parochial and private schools instead of Cunningham Park ES. I’m sure others share your thinking.

That’s what a community DOES, they support the school(s) and kids in their community. Nothing untoward is happening and no one is trying to convert your kid to fill in the blank religion. It’s a very diverse school and has children of many faiths. About 3 years ago, 29 different language were spoken by children attending CPES and I promise you, not all of them are Christian kids. The PTA is not full of random Vienna church going community members, no one on the board isn’t a parent at the school, it’s just a regular school in a great neighborhood that’s a little more economically and racially diverse than the rest of Vienna. I think everyone, regardless of background, appreciates the support the community gives the school and its students.
