Did you post about this before? I remember someone posting about their child not liking a school because everyone was "too tall" and it makes me laugh every time I think about it. I was just telling a friend that colleges should take a lesson from the old Funny Farm movie and set up scenes throughout the campus while student tours are going on. After all the student tours focusing on academics and visiting buildings throughout the campus, it would help move my DC's decision along quickly if a cute lacrosse (or tennis or soccer...) player would just "accidentally" bump into them and talk to them a bit.

SEC schools. In the 90s, my roommate's childhood guy friends would come visit from MD and DE and were dumbstruck by all the girls. And now I see kids of former classmates and it's 1000x more so.

On a related note, I've noticed almose evyeyone on campus seems fatter these days. Goes for guys and gals, though the gals seem to have no issue whatsoever emphasizing thier padding with form fitting clothing. The doughey guys all wear hoodies and loose pants.

Average BMI needs to be a US News college ranking factor.

But the funny thing is, they’re not actually any prettier. They have the same faces and bodies as everyone else. They just don’t head out for class looking like they rolled out of bed, like everyone else does. They all have a spray tan, caked on makeup, and were raised to present themselves with poise.
