You went to a state school for scholarship and then went to a good grad school and good employment, it’s not like you went to community college and stopped there. Not that there is anything wrong with that but wouldn’t meet basic screwing criteria for may dating or hiring opportunities.

Even getting a college degree from prison would mean more than earning one from a diploma mill…..
I would question the wisdom of someone who took out huge loans to go to a for profit online university. I would respect him more if he went to a local community college, then transferred to a local public university.
Lots of merit scholarships and financial aid for top students so community college is a sign they didn’t do well in high school. If someone is attracted to high IQ high achievers, it wouldn’t be a sexy for them. It’s silly but just like some people won’t marry someone who is shorter then 5 ft or taller than 7 ft, it matters to people.

I went to UDC for undergrad and graduate school. I have had no problem dating and getting married.

I know of men in trades jobs (plumbers, cabinet makers without four-year degrees) who tell women on the first date what they do. The woman immediately assumes they make no money and it's over. These guys don't mention that they are pulling down $150,000 or more annually, and own their own homes and cars. They say their line of work helps them weed out the gold diggers right up front. The woman who can look past their job title is a keeper, and they'll spoil her to no end.
