Wow, I would fit into less than a standard zero with that methodology. I am 5 feet 7 inches, and I am a size 2 at 150. I am very muscular though.

I thought it was 105 for the first 5', then 5 lbs an inch. So, 140 at 5'7, which I am and everyone tells me I'm soooo thin/ eat a cheeseburger.
This is the first time I have ever heard this extremely disordered take on what a woman should weigh. I am 5-2 and weigh 115-120 depending on the week. Guess I better get on a diet!

What’s disordered about it? I’m the pp that cited the rule. I’m not underweight or anything. I wear a size 2-4. I’m strong and eat healthfully. Nothing wrong with a lighter bmi in the healthy range, rather than aiming for average, especially if you have a small frame. My wrists and rib cage are very tiny, I need a 28F bra (I’m still nursing a toddler so I’m sure that cup size will shrink though).
