Yup, this. My kids are in elementary school still, and I don't worry constantly, but having that fear as a constant part of my life is so hard. I try to remember that to help cope with the relentlessness of it, because that's also not easy.

Ha! Mine are 18 and 14 so they don't bother me, but I see kitty paws under the door.
