I would just take her bra shopping. My mom never mentioned mine and I actually thought I had cancer for about 6 months because of the lumps. Finally I asked her to take me to a doctor to check the lump. It would have saved me a lot of worry if I realized it was all normal.

Yes, and get her some training undergarments. I was mortified to see pictures of myself at that age with very visible budding breasts. Men would leer. Made me very uncomfortable. I don't know why my mother didn't buy me training bras. I had to eventually ask for them.
