If I buy the Arlington house, I have to find public basketball and tennis courts and interact with the common folk when playing those sports. Also, no space for all seven of my cars.

It’s so stark. I’ve seen some beautiful modern/contemporary homes that are warm and this is not that. I do not like the fence at all and the tile is unappealing to me.

The master bath looks like someone just picked stuff they liked and put it together. Which is great if it’s yours and you like it, but not when trying to sell a home at that price

+1 Right? So creepy. It's probably horse hair, but even then...I would be thinking of horse butt everytime I turned on the lights.

And I think it's funny that the entire house is done in modern style excect for one traditional blue vanity in one of the bathrooms. Why leave the remodel at 99.9% finished?

Surprised it even went $4,250,000 in 2022. You could have built or bought a similarly sized house in a better area for that price.

1) to answer the question, the house won't go over asking price. it will sell below ask
2) the improvements were pointless, and sometimes worse than what came before
3) the exterior is very ugly; the interior is not inviting but can can be worked with
4) the location is excellent and close to a lot of stuff
5) this is not rockville; rockville is pretty far away from this house

I saw the house the last time it was on the market and sold for $1,475,000 in 2016. The only upgrade I’m noticing is the new 7 car garage. May be they did a bathroom or two. I don’t understand the justification for asking $4.8 million. It’s a very nice house and has alot of nice features but how can it have tripled in 6 years when they had so much trouble selling it the last time.
