I’m already pescatarian and I run and do strength exercises 3x per week. Tried a food and exercise tracker for two weeks and it was creating some seriously disordered habits. Also, I’m already a normal weight, bmi 21.

Thanks for any ideas!

For me a high daily does of Vitamin K2 MK7 (300 mcg) combined with Omega 3, magnesium, D3 - brought down my cholesterol down quickly (within 2 months). More importantly my ratio of good vs bad cholesterol changed for the better.

I basically eat all my meals in an 8 hour period. From 11 am - 7 pm. My breakfast is two huge glasses of green juice - kale, spinach, celery, apples, pineapple, cherries, broccoli, microgreens, chia, beet, orange, wheat grass and then after that I will eat whatever food I want to have.= My lunch and dinner - a huge healthy delicious salad - chockfull of veggies, fruits, beans, seeds, protein, hemp seeds, pecans, flaxseed etc. Then I eat whatever cheat food that I want to have. Usually there is no desire to eat too much cheat food because my stomach is full because of my veggies and fruits, my jaw is tired with all that chewing and I am really unable to overeat in my 8 hour eating window.
