That sounds great! Must you search these “larlo notes” by date 3/10? Or are they somehow captured in an easier to find fashion?

I have 3 kids, but only 2 in activities since one just turned 3. Our kids have the same activities every week and for the most part it’s the same the whole year. They have tennis twice, swimming, gymnastics and piano. It helps that they are close in age and do same sports almost always at the same time.

I have issues with passports renewals. Our kids have multiple citizenships and it is a pain to remember to renew all passports every 3-5 years all at a different time. Also, school presentations and events are more unpredictable and those I have more issue with so it’s in our outlook.

I use plum paper planner. I’ve tried using apps and I just can’t keep up with it. I’m a tactile leaner though, so I’m sure that has a lot to do with it.

I have a white board that has the monthly plans on it. With a color marker for each person.

Cozi. Every Sunday i look at my week’s calendar and set up alarms for every commitment in my phone so that i don’t miss anything.
