If I liked the house? Yes.

As PP commented, cemeteries can be great places for a pleasant walk. I don't find cemeteries ghoulish.

I wouldn’t want a property that borders a cemetery directly, but I lived in a property very near a cemetery and I literally never thought about it.

If the cemetery were all fenced in that would be a plus. Having security cameras would be a plus plus.
One thing else, some people tend to drop off unwanted pets at the cemetery. Don't know why but they do.

Pretty much all cemeteries are fenced and secured.

I used to work across the street from one. Peaceful view.

Think I saw that horror movie.

Better than an active mental hospital.

I lived near an active “mental hospital” and it was great. Very quiet, with lots of land around. People make the weirdest assumptions.

Absolutely. I lived across the street from one. It was a great place to walk and had one of the best views of the city.
