She keeps doing that and she will find that the quality of her own service goes down.
When you alternatively decide to order it will not affect you. The algorithm will pair you with the higher performing drivers/shoppers.

LMAO I’ve never once tipped on Uber eats, instacart or Walmart+. I deliver weekly and no I’m not blacklisted. If my delivery window is 9-10am I usually get my order towards the end of my window, but whatever. I’m not tipping!
