Victoria Beckham and Anderson Cooper both seem fit, proper weight, energetic and happy, so......
This is not at all what she's describing. You're not eating the same salad every day. You sound normal, she does not.Anonymous wrote:I eat a salad every day for lunch if I'm working from home or in the office (but working through lunch). Depending on what fruit is in season and what nuts I have on hand, different things go in the salad, but it's a salad every day for lunch, unless I'm meeting someone at a restaurant.

Reminds me of my autistic sibling who has like 4 safe foods and about 6-8 others they will tolerate unless they're overstimulated. Their safe cereal did a throwback box change and they spent an insane amount of money buying OG boxes of the cereal off eBay and Amazon to hoard up. We all tried explaining that the throwback box was a temporary thing but it upset them so much that they needed to "stock up" in case it never came back.
My sib eats the same meals day after day, even on special occasions.
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - Perdue chicken nuggets (has to be that brand)
Dinner - grilled cheese & tomato soup

Fish & veg, and dry toast with salt sounds like maybe anorexia. Looking at how thin she is, doesn't seem like just a case of "not liking" food. The article describes her husband as a great cook, so even if she didn't care for food, wouldn't she at least try his food once in a while (like once a month???). The article said the last time she tried a different food, according to her husband, was when she was pregnant with her daughter. Which was over 10 years ago!! That's pathological.
