I see benefit of getting rid of ATS but wouldn't getting rid of HBW just make the other high schools more crowded? Maybe they could turn ATS into a second HBW-type school... They could but 600 high school students there instead of in the W&L expansion...
There has already been a HUGE thread on how turning HBW into high school only would generate 300 additional seats in High School and relieve the other high schools, and all middle schools would remain below capacity.
