I add fresh blueberries, walnuts, and raisins. I also add what equates to a single serving of Icelandic yogurt, just from a larger container.
I have no idea what the calories are. That easily gets me to lunch, with coffee in between.
And, life doesn't end when you feel hungry some times. Even when you are fit and maintaining your weight, you come to realize that managing intake just becomes part of the process. That is how our bodies were designed to work in the first place. The only difference is you manage it now instead of looking around for your next meal.
