NP. I took your recommendation and made sheet pan chow mei tonight. We had air fryer panko tofu on the side. I pretty much followed the smitten kitchen recipe, but used a bag of fresh mixed vegetables from the produce section, and added sliced almonds. It was really good! I'll make it again for sure (it was a little too heavy on the sesame oil, which is what I think every time I follow a recipe with sesame oil anyway).
