Over the years there have been many rumors of Morrissey being transactional with young attractive Black women who need legal help. At least one recounted it in the press. The young woman he married was 17 when her father raised concerns. The age of consent in Virginia is 18 if you all need a reminder. It was found Morrissey texted a nude photo of the girl to a friend and said something of the nature, "look what I had last night." He was 56 years old at the time. Barf. He was only convicted of a misdemeanor. Here when an attorney is tried for a crime or a driving offense, the judges schedule it last on the dockett and close the courtroom. Let me find the happy couple's wedding photo that he released to the media. Look at the symbolism, plantation owner towering above his conquest:
