She sounds like a nut. She doesn’t need to quarantine if she’s negative and even if she’s positive you do not owe her air bnb payment. If she decides to do that that’s HER choice

Does your contract have a plan for this? Ours does. When this happens, nanny isolates for the agreed upon period and gets paid.
