I had a baby within the last year and am still nursing her so I think that’s helped me shed the pregnancy weight but at delivery I was about 158.
Why would you post this in a tread about weight loss?

How long does it take you to walk 4 miles?
I admit I have also been walking a LOT but I find it so boring. Over the past 2 years I have listened to sooo many books and podcasts.
Right now listening to the new The Dawn Of Everything. It’s 24 hrs long! I have gotten to the point that I can only do audio books now - and I love it b/c multitasking of course.
Thank you for being here-

Then I’m not starving while I cook dinner (I’m a terrible grazer) and eat a normal dinner with my family. Also cutting out cheese, my undoing. Averaging four miles of walking per day. I really need to do strength training but I’m so time limited…
