People don't really think beyond what they want.
If I know my street is slippery, I would not try to endanger others. I myself don't want to walk there so why should I think that I'm so important because I want what I want regardless of others.
But, you could call for delivery at a nearby spot that is not all icy and walk there.

If you lived in the city and they could walk the pizza on over to you, I would say sure and if the pizza is $25 bucks, tip at the very least 50%

If you live in the burbs and they will actually have to drive, you can certainly order and they will try and deliver but I would at least try and shovel the walk and if the pizza is $25 bucks, tip $25. And I say this as someone who believes we over tip these days in general and doesn't tip for a lot of others that people normally do. But on a day like today, if you have to have a pizza, then you have to be willing to pay for it and the convience
of someone to bring it to you in crappy conditions imo.

If he crashes his or her car it's at least a $500 deductible. More likely a $1,000. Let alone the risk to his or her life. I think it's wrong to even order -- you have NOTHING to eat? But if you really do, at least give the kid $20.
