I like several suggestions, mostly Katherine and Anna Kay.

Please no don’t do Kaye that’s even worse. Just make Kay the middle name that’s the only good option here.

OP just in case you do not know this, the reason PPs are saying hard no on Mary Kay is it's a makeup brand (and is or was a real person).

Just want to say, I had an Auntie Kay and I think Kay or Katherine nn Kay is great!

+1, I accidentally did this same post before reading yours

Kayla is the only name I like in this thread that seems to actually accomplish what you want (having both the "Kay" letters and the "Kay" sound in the name).

I like Kaya the best but I would say it "kai uh" so I'm not sure it gets you there.

If you can be flexible on including the Y I think you get many more good options. Kate, etc
