Yes, but what can I do? He pulled a knife on me in the past and I was not believed in court. He's a smarmy liar and stops at nothing to get his way.

Take pictures, call your lawyer, and just leave the devices at home. Make sure you and your friends are not sharing pics of your child on social media.

Probably so each parent can communicate directly to say goodnight and talk to the child without calling the ex spouse.

Why?

Contact your divorce attorney and inform them of the situation. Ask for advice on how and what to document. Track everything down to dates and times.

Change the locks on all your doors and install an outside camera. Let your ex know about this so he is on notice. Also install a hidden interior camera in case he decides to bug your place while you are out.

Remove trackers on the child’s person and store in their overnight bag/backpack. “Sorry, we take them off when we wash face and hands.” Check through child’s clothing and bag for hidden devices (check shoes, hems and pockets esp).

Your ex sounds at best anxious and at worst very controlling.
