Ok so I gotta know. What was the ending to the story? Any refunds or coupons towards a future visit for those of you who stood in line for 4 hours and /or had the wrong food given to you?

Oh no, those poor employees. They are going to get so much unpleasantness.

Well, I feel bad for the people who's holidays they f-ed up. Got any compassion for them?

Well, they presumably won’t be screamed at by strangers.

Well, their holiday was ruined. So I'm guessing that's a no?

Your holiday can’t be “ruined” by a grocery store not having your order. I mean you can get a pizza. The food is fun and I love the whole process of making/serving it but it’s not the point of the holiday. If something happens to it one year, you just get whatever food you can and make merry.

Yeah totally but no one is going to yell and be nasty at them while they’re having a terrible day at work and that seems worse.

Balduccis old town was great. I did the free delivery and it came on time. We had a last minute addition of a family to put thanksgiving so I ran in person on weds and it was great. Everything in stock, no line at the pickups and maybe 2’people in each check out line?
