Sure, I'll get right on that after I put 2 preschoolers and 1 baby to bed.
Make better choices going forward, OP. Do a telehealth visit and get your antibiotics.
with friends like you, who would need enemies? 🙄
OP is a grown woman who chose to have not one, not two but three children with someone who, in her words, has "narcissistic rages". I don't have time for people manufacturing their own drama.

NP here. I came down with mastitis the evening of Thanksgiving a few years ago when my youngest was a baby. My husband got me the heated blanket while I had chills, woke up early the next morning with our toddler, and ran out to pick up antibiotics that my midwife’s office called in when I phoned them the next morning. I can’t imagine my spouse leaving me home sick with multiple young kids for a recreational activity. I legit felt like I had the flu while someone was simultaneously trying to slice from me from nipple to armpit with an ice pick. Mastitis sucks, I’m sorry OP.

Next time, don't bother putting them to bed. I'm sure the telehealth nurse hears screaming kids in the background hourly.
And stop giving this man kids.

I’ve had mastitis 6 times. ER for it once and urgent care once and they almost sent me t
The hospital. It takes 24-48 hours for antibiotics to kick on. Last time I took antibiotics when it started coming on I still spiked a 103 fever and was deathly ill with chills 12-24 hours AFTER I popped the antibiotics. My doc keeps me stocked at home with them because it comes on fast and furious for me but it is no joke. I’m sorry OP. Sympathy from me for you, your DH sucks!

There is really nothing he could do though (unless he's a doc and can prescribe you some antibiotics). Sounds like a case of him not reading the room, vs being actually callous or cruel.
OP, I wish I hadn't said 99% of the words that came out of my mouth to my spouse at the nursing/early postpartum stage of life. Try to assume noble intent.
