Because they are like kids. Big kids. Underneath that "look at me!" stuff is a little kid who isn't sure if you love them, and some people find that vulnerability endearing.

Others find it narcissistic. It's probably both.

So many Cancers on this thread; my little one is a Cancer and all strong emotions. I'm Capricorn with Scorpio rising and a hothead. H is a Libra, very pacifist and romantic.

Water signs are emotional and passionate although sometimes they need some boundaries.
Earth signs can get so much done very stable group but can be a little boring
Fire signs are fun loud a little impatient
Air signs are brainy friendly easy going but a little out of touch

We are a great match!

Interesting to note that past serious relationships of mine were: 10/1 and 11/25 and 12/4 birthdays.

11/25 BF was the most passionate and dramatic and the most physical!

True! As a Leo I do not fit the typical out there in your face abrasive ego. My space is more introverted and calm, similar to a Taurus or Scorpio.

I’m a cancer and my husband is a Scorpio and we get along really well and have a great relationship but like you he doesn’t have too many of the typical Scorpio traits. My most intense/passionate relationship was with a Taurus but ultimately we weren’t a great match although the chemistry was so strong. My worst relationship was with another cancer. He was not at all like a cancer should be haha

I’m a cancer married to a Scorpio and we are a great match. My best relationship before my husband was w a Gemini who I wasn’t supposed to be well matched w (and since we ultimately didn’t stay together I guess maybe that was true)

Look at your moon signs for more information on those differences. Your moon sign will tell you a lot about your emotional side. You picked your sign before you were born. That information can be helpful.


I agree you need to look at moon signs and the whole chart.

My husband and I both have moons in water signs, that helps.
