I'm 48. I don't look nearly as beautiful as JLo obviously, but someone I was talking to the other day did actually fall down when she heard my age, and that's not the first time that's happened. I can easily pass for 35. I piss off a lot of men who hit on me thinking I'm younger than I am and then angrily insist that I'm guilty of "false advertising" (just for existing) when I tell them my age.
My diet sucks and I'm an alcoholic, but I do drink several liters of water every day, I get at least ten hours of sleep per night, I have a very stress-free life with no kids or spouse, and I get frequent minimal botox and regular chemical peels and IPL. I'm also neither fat nor thin, and have always danced and lifted heavy weights, which I think helps. People often ask me about my skin care routine, and they don't like what I tell them, which is that I very rarely wear makeup (maybe a handful of times per year) and often go days without washing my face. If I've exercised or worn makeup, I'll wash my face, but if I've done neither, I can easily wash my face only three or four times per week. I do have high quality skin care products including retinol and I do the whole routine about once a week, including a scrub and a mask. Certain features I think also contribute to a younger look, ie. thick hair and white teeth.
My parents also both looked very young until about 75. We're Sephardic.
Do you think having kids ages you? I feel like as soon as women give birth they develop more grays and lines. Also why would those dumb immature guys get angry? Although I admit I look like a fresh in college girl and could snag a guy in his 20's but not sure I want that? I like older men but not too old.
I think lack of sleep and stress ages you, and having kids will cause that. Of course, kids also bring joy and fun and those things can keep you young.
I wasn't referring to young guys. I've dated younger men who don't care how old I am. It's usually the ones around my age who think I'm much younger than they are and then get mad when I tell them I'm not.

She doesn’t drink alcohol, uses a special serum that most celebrities use for face hydration. When you have the money you can pay to look flawless.
There are frozen forehead lines and a crease between her brows. There’s also evidence of jowels forming. She’s obviously had work. She takes great care of herself and looks amazing, but she’s had some help.
Also, you don’t start developing a sagging neck with creases but maintain a perfect line and wrinkle-free face.
You might. Most people moisturize and use sunscreen and skin treatments on their faces, starting in adolescence. Many don’t take similar care of the skin on their necks until they are much older and get hit with signs of aging.
