Yep, I am a Bethesda Dad. Could care less who knows. I don't insult any other club's coaches or players. In fact I may just make an account since I have nothing to hide. This is all a just a topic of debate and I think it's fun. I also don't care about the Debbie Downer's who want to say it doesn't matter, blah, blah, blah. I support the rating of ECNL>GA>DPL>every other league. I believe in mathematical algorithms more than opinions. I enjoy other people's opinions that can back them up with facts and common sense. I know parents and coaches from around the Beltway. I played high level sports all the way through college, and although that was a long time ago, I have seen first hand what it takes to be a professional athlete and coach.
I think you are being exploited by the youth soccer industrial complex to spend way too much time and money on the youth soccer stuff that is of limited importance, like fake play-offs for kids, at the expense of the youth soccer stuff that is important.
Agreed. Plus GA > ECNL. There’s a local GA team that isn’t a money grab and has a track record of the better college and YNT placement over any local ECNL club that will take any player willing to pay the inflated fees. Stop being exploited by this corrupt league.

I assume you’re a Loudoun parent? You’re predicting 3 from that club to qualify. The 03/04 team is currently in 10th place and has to place top 2 to qualify but you have them as a chance to qualify.
No. This is clearly Bethesda Dad. You made the same point in this thread and the Bethesda thread. You good now?
GA plays crap teams.. all of them should be at the top! Laughable.

Anonymous wrote:You all are fools. Don't you realize that the ecnl added more teams to the playoffs this year? The only years " the playoffs" are a desirable event to have to attend are u16 and u17. Outside of that it is another meaningless youth soccer moneygrab of no importance.
No one knows or cares who won these playoffs 5 minutes after they are over. Been many times so not sour grapes.

But but but but ECNL is the cream. The best. The top. Luxury. Quality. Can’t beat it. But but but ECNL.

Where high school soccer is played in the fall, ecnl plays in the spring at high school ages.
