He calms down when told, he seems so hesitant to do CPR, and the way he announces that there is a knife in her chest….I don’t know if I can ever believe it wasn’t him. I suggest listening to the episode or recording if you haven’t already.

Weird part is, if he killed her (and I think he did) he was writing texts for show, and that was what he thought was good for show? "You better have a good excuse" etc? I guess that is normal/default attitude for him?
What if she did try to lock him out bc he was abusive/threatening her and he got really angry that she locked him out, sent those angry texts, and then either she finally let him in and he killed her or else he broke in/figured out how to undo the lock from the outside and killed her.
My theory^^

Or ... go Occams Razor. The fiance did it. Cases everyday where the BF or DH did it. Zero cases in which someone stabbed their own self to death because of anxiety meds. Autopsy found trace amounts of yhe drugs, indicating she took them as prescribed. Don't go looking for zebras etc.

I also think that stabbing yourself multiple times in the afternoon in your kitchen is one of the weirdest way of killing yourself. Unless she suddenly had some kind of a psychotic break.
I read that security cameras showed he was where he said he was. So he could have killed her, gone to gym and returned, or he could have gone to gym, retuned and killed her. Either way!
