What are they doctors of? If not strength and conditioning or sports performance then their doctor status means next to nothing, I know plenty of doctors that don't know a thing about how to train sports performance...but if they fall over with a heart attack, they can help alot. Just saying.

Unsupervised and improper training can cause injuries. Proper training technique is key for youths, unless you’re just talking about simple things such as jump ropes, sit-ups, etc.
