A good track and field program will increase the speed and agility more than these expensive programs at a fraction of the price.

SPARK in Springfield is the best with athletes. Owned and run by doctors. Can do individual or group stuff. Love that place!

What are they doctors of? If not strength and conditioning or sports performance then their doctor status means next to nothing, I know plenty of doctors that don't know a thing about how to train sports performance...but if they fall over with a heart attack, they can help alot. Just saying.

Sadly... that's happening a LOT more lately in youth and adult, amateur and professional sports.

Ask the local high school basketball or football coach. They probably know more than the standard 20 yr old soccer neophyte.

Unsupervised and improper training can cause injuries. Proper training technique is key for youths, unless you’re just talking about simple things such as jump ropes, sit-ups, etc.

I think you mean ‘yutes’

Sorry, I couldn’t help myself. I will now bow out.

Healthy Baller is great. Also Alexandria Soccer offers a 6 week course. That might be too far for you but it is good. It starts inDecember.
