Dear lord. If you are uncertain about something, maybe you should look it up before showing your ass.

“Showing your ass”?

Is that a boomer expression?

I thought it was an African American expression or a DC regional expression. The only people I e heard use this phrase are Black people from DC that are a variety of ages. Never heard a white Boomer say it.

All this is nonsense, but that's how Tom Brokaw & other mainstream media pundits classify us.

No. Born in 1976 and have never ever considered myself a millennial.

I'm a 48 year old Gen Xer and feel (generally) fine about being old. But I draw the line at getting confused with Boomers. Boomers ruined everything. EVERYTHING.

I’m gen x and I’m 43.

I'm gen x and 54.

But agree sometimes the difference between gen x and boomer is mentality, not when you were born. My 44 year old cousin is an old fussy duddy get off my lawn, aren't the kids awful type. I'm not.

No,were in our 40s and 50s. Only half geriatric. Boomers are 60s 70s.

Some of us boomers are still in our 50s.

While we are at it let’s stop calling silent generation people boomers. People in their 80s are not boomers.

I understand. I get weirded out hearing there are 50 yo gen xers. I don’t tell relate to the 1960s at all (born mid 70s). It’s weird how generation eras work with our actual self identity.

Um, math? I'm 50, a GenX'er and wasn't alive in the 60's.

Oh, and that meme above is awesome!

Eh, they’ll get their comeuppance some day. Cycle of life. Makes me smile to know what they do not yet know is coming to them.

When you are 40, you know that a 20–year-old’s frontal lobe still isn’t fully developed so their judgment isn’t quite there yet. It’s okay, they’ll get there eventually.
