They have been trending hard for 5ish years. I love them. But, I'll warn that I suspect that they have peaked. We are moving into an era of "statement" jewelry, and elegant jewelry. So if you want to buy ones, I'd keep that in mind. We are currently at a fashion inflection point. Elegance and glamour are going to dominate the next few years.

I recently started wearing them again after going though my jewelry. I have been wearing them regularly to the office the past few months rotating them 1,2 and 3 inch inch hoops. I think my next pair is going to be some diamond hoops
