Have seen Potato Love advertised before but never tried because I could not figure out how I would use freeze dried sweet potatoes. In 2023 I plan to have our family eat more colors, so will add this purple joy to stews, potato salad, scrambled eggs and more.

Have the frozen pizza seasoning, which I just learned is great on popcorn. Trying that for football playoffs.

But Sunny Paris is still my favorite, hands down. I use it several times each week.

Fox Point. We mix it with cream cheese and serve with lox. My kids are obsessed.

I know this thread is two months old, but the Buttermilk Ranch is too sweet for salad dressing yet it is the perfect sprinkle for green beans.

You’ve never heard of Penzey’s??

Penzey’s is great at marketing but there are plenty of other excellent boutique purveyors.

I like their values and they have great deals but I prefer Savory, which I’ve been using since they were a single shop in Denver.

A big Penzey's fan back to say today is the last day to get a $50 gift card for $35. Headed over there now to get some joy for my house.

No, I haven't.

Pp why are you so surprised that someone has not heard of penzey’s. I am a dp and I also heard about penzey from this board. Never heard of it or used it before. So the pp is not the only one. At the time, sunny paris (or sunny in Paris) was very much recommended, and I used it with eggs, with is nice. I also like their garam masala and Arizona (for meats).

Is there a blend that can be used with olive oil for dipping bread? I never seem to get my spices correct when I want to create an olive oil bread dip. The type found in Mediterranean restaurants

Thanks to 23:16 and PP for recommending Sunny Paris on eggs. Tried that this morning as the first use of this blend and it was SO good!

Sales rep had recommended Brady Street on popcorn and that was also quite tasty.

Sunny Paris is my favorite. I use it on everything - eggs, chicken, fish, shrimp, vegetables.

I guess everything except beef and pork.

I recommended Penzey's in another recent thread and am SO GRATEFUL for these suggestions. Yes, I will get sample sizes of many of these blends we have not yet tried! Just like Restaurant Week was a small plus after the trauma of 9/11, Penzey's has been my small indulgence since the pandemic began.

Love Sunny Spain (great on vegetables) and Forward, which is like seasoning salt without the salt. They offer a lot of their blends in sample size packets if you want to try just a bit of something new!
