Exactly this. I'd say that when I was in my 20s, I found more than 80 % of the women I met attractive physically, but that's a low bar. Finding someone you match with emotionally and intellectually is a lot rarer.

I could have written this post. I think that a lot of men think that less attractive women make more “stable” and “presentable” wives and girlfriends. Then they complain down the line that their wives won’t have sex. Men are stupid.
