From a resume perspective, a year is easy to hide. I don't even have months on my resume, just years. So, let's say you quit today, you can list you current job as 202x-2026. And then even if you don't start working until December, it doesn't look like there is a gap. I've never had anyone question it.
Now, you will have to be more accurate on an application but in my industry, once you get to that point, its a formality. Other industries may vary.
