Meds sometimes work. Not all the time like zofran or bongesta. Other things I’ve tried was eating more frequently, eating things with lime or lemon, minty gum or ginger gum. Chewing ice. All of these didn’t work for me all the time but did help sometimes. After about 18-19 weeks it got much better but I still get nauseas from time to time. I’m 26 weeks now. I experienced this with all my pregnancies so I wasn’t surprised.
