So an agent placed himself in front of the table, to block any shots, while they were trying to get him off his chair. It took way too long, because the President is to all intents and purposes, not able to help himself in such situations. It took at least three agents to try and heave him out of his chair, and since he couldn't run to an exit, they made him get down to the floor.

If you look at this from a security perspective, Vance is by far the easiest to guard. Trump is a hot mess.
