Double loss for Trump, DA not DQ and they get a terrible lawyer dismissed from the case.
Only win is the judge called DA a liar, and they can maybe appeal based on that to have her thrown from the case. Question is do they really want that since she is pretty incompetent too.

It was all smoke and spurious accusations from of....something from the defense team, hoping to muddy the waters and delay the trial. Frankly, that was Trump's only hope. The evidence in this case is overwhelming.

She should have known better and so be it to cut Wade loose - but at the end of the day it has absolutely nothing to do with Trump and as such the Trump case should proceed. As for how big of an impropriety is, whether she should be completely removed from the case, disbarred et cetera - I'll point you to Clarence Thomas. If Clarence Thomas's far more egregious conflicts of interest and improprieties aren't an issue then Fani Willis's shouldn't either.

There are reasonable questions about whether the D.A. testified under truthfully, any one of these statements by a judge would be a career ender for a normal prosecutor to have an on the record finding that there are reasonable questions about whether you lied under oath.

Fani Willis enjoys special privileges that other prosecutors don’t, for a lot of reasons — most importantly because she’s a key player in Get Trump.
