I lost mine out of the clear blue.

Have been in the house for approx. 10 days. No other symptoms. But suspect that a couple of coworkers had the virus b/f our office closed. Suspected b/c they had flu-like symptoms that were bad but all tested negative for flu. Symptoms were bad in some and lingered for a couple of weeks.

I haven't been around co-workers for approx 13 days.

Lost my sense of smell to Zicam for over a year. Still is not as good as it once was.

Interesting. I am positive for COVID19 (our whole family has it) and I lost my sense of smell and taste around day 6. I’m on day 10, and it’s partially back, but not fully.

TY for posting that letter from the doctor at NY Pres. That is extremely upsetting. And why is it that he says that the manufacturer is "beginning to accelerate" production? DCUM posters (and anyone with any sense) were talking about the mask shortage in JANUARY. I remember someone posting that 3M was ramping up production and adding production shifts in the U.S. I don't know if they were making that up or what, but the idea that they were NOT accelerating production 2+ months ago is just horrifying. Why is everyone asleep at the switch? We had some many months to prepare.

What is this, Logan’s Run? Y’all who are thinking you can feel a little bit better because this only affects the old with preconditions, think about what happens when our hospitals are overwhelmed and your young, healthy kid needs critical care for an injury or illness unrelated to Coronavirus.
