I had terrible side effects, and I stopped using it over two months ago and am still having abdominal pain. CT scan showed diverticulitis that was spurred by inflammation caused by Wegovy. I probably already had it, but it was asymptomatic until the Wegovy caused serious inflammation in my body and now it's active, inflamed, and not going away.

So happy for you! Wish my doctor would prescribe even Ozampic but she just wants me to lose weight without it.

Additionally, can someone comment on how valuable the services outside of the meds were (coaching/lessons, etc.).

Yes, PP doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I am on Ozempic and could not get it covered with a BMI of 40 and metabolic syndrome, though technically not diabetic. I wanted to keep fighting and my doctor was like, look, I can’t get some insurance to cover my patients who are 450 pounds and in danger of losing a foot from diabetes, it’s not going to happen for you.

I got a prescription from Alpha Medical (telemed) and am getting my prescription filled through Amazon Pharmacy for $25/mo.
Haven't started yet.
