True but Carroll was able to sue under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which allows sexual abuse survivors a one-time chance to file civil suits in spite of any relevant statutes of limitations.

What is a disgrace is the lack of remorse and ongoing lies of Trump. Disavowing the law suit he still lied to his cult followers that he had no idea who Carroll was : there are photos of them together with their former spouses presented in court .
