I’m sorry, blood gets mixed in the pubic hair if wearing a pad. It also clings to parts of the skin around the vagina. That’s what creates that period smell. Don’t tell me it’s ok to not shower daily when on your period. Gross!
If you are waxed it is a lot easier to keep this area clean and free of period smell.
